Floating Points Crush

Four years on from his widely-acclaimed debut album, UK producer, DJ, label owner and much-loved resident, Sam Shepherd releases his brilliant follow-up Floating Points record. Unlike it’s predecessor, , which was made over five years, the new album, was made in just five weeks. That sense of urgency has carried on into the record itself, with its bristling energy and unshifting momentum right at the heart of things. In fact, this is some of the heaviest, most unflinching and aggressive is further proof of Floating Points’ undeniable ability to make electronic experimentalism sound so good.
