Pete’s juice
It’s all flipped on its head this month as I’ve stepped on Jolly Jim the barman’s toes by swapping my typical meaty treats with a liquid recipe, in turn leaving Jim to talk about snacks or whatever he decides to ramble on about. Hey, his liver will thank me for the break, I’m sure!
The reason behind this role reversal is I wanted to share what has become one of team summer camping favourite treats, Pete’s punchy ginger beer.
