Those who’ve been paying attention may be thinking this is a reissue. And while Ballard did release, they’ve all since been ‘reworked’. Meanwhile, seven songs have been added (and three excised, but we won’t talk about them). Cynics might accuse Argent’s ex-vocalist of reheating leftovers, bunging a fistful of parsley on top and hoping no one will notice, but as he’s an undervalued pioneer of ‘proper’ rock singing, and wrote , we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
