AHF Magazine is an alternate history and near genre magazine, dedicated to showcasing a mix of new and established talent. The cover for this issue is by South Wales artist Hilary Bryanston.
Issue 12 includes Susan Cornford's "Almost Like The Twilight Zone" as lead story, L G Parker's "The Horseless Carriage", a tour-de-force of Points of Departure; Brian G. Davies's travelogue on a visit to Carew Castle and Tenby, and Robert Bridge's Kinmel Revisited, the second part of the serialisation of this historical work.
Other stories come from Forest A. Ormes, K.S. Marquez, Robbie Sheerin, Aws Alherbish, Alex Valdiers, K.M. Mohr, Chelsea Baker, Richard Comerford, Robert Knox, Charles West, Wayne Faust, and Tyler James Russell.
Beautiful poetry is provided by John Grey, Angelo Letizia, Meg Smith, and Michael Lee Johnson. Martin Missaiel provides a book feature on his novel, The Alternative History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire.
AHF Magazine 12 also includes a pre-review of the novel As Ants to the Gods by Alex Burcher, looking at the world that it is set in, geographically, technologically and politically. Issue 13 will carry a full review of the book.

Grey Wolf began writing as a teenager, and has remained consistent ever since in the genres he writes in - Alternate History, Science Fiction, and Fantasy. A poet since his later teens, he now has several published collections and his work has appeared in a number of magazines.  Living now in the South Wales valleys, Grey Wolf is a keen photographer and makes use of the wonderful scenery and explosion of nature that is the Welsh countryside.
