MASTER watchOS 7 NOW!

WatchOS 7 is the latest iteration of Apple’s smallest operating system, and it continues the considered progress that we have become used to ever since the first Apple Watch was launched. Alongside the Series 6 Apple Watch, the new operating system actually offers more features and interesting visual facets than we have seen added in recent years. The new Watch faces highlight a desire to offer the user as many aesthetic options as possible, and they could potentially tempt us into believing that third-party Watch faces will one day become available. It is not all about the visuals, however, because some of the new faces include brand-new functionality that sits well with other new features, such as handwashing tracking and the headline sleep-tracking monitor. There are many other changes in watchOS 7 which we will detail, and we’ll also help you to understand and take advantage of how they all work to make your Apple Watch experience even better than it was before.

Complicated complications

The usefulness of complications is what makes watchOS stand out. The way in which many of them mimic traditional watches is visually delightful, and once you have used them for a while, it is hard to imagine wearing a watch which does not give you so much functionality.

1 Wrist photos

The adjusted Remote Camera complication is a snap to use and will make capturing special moments even easier than before thanks to the new timer function.

2 Weather everywhere

Apple’s Weather app offers the ability to use multiple complications for a broader picture. Third-party apps can also use multiple complications on the same face.

3 Check for more

Use the Face Gallery feature in the iPhone’s Watch app to check to see what is available. You may be surprised at how many developers have jumped on board.
