Minister Matthew Guy makes changes.

On Thursday 11 July 2012. Planning Minister Matthew Guy, foreshadowed major changes to the Victorian Planning System.
General Residential Zone; and Neighbourhood Residential Zone. Full details are to be released on Monday 16 July 2012. Feedback is being sought on the proposed changes until September 2012. Other changes foreshadowed by the Planning Minister is the consolidation of several zones to form the new Commercial Zone 1 and Commercial Zone 2. The new Commercial Zones will also affect the DIMMEYS land.
