Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:
Install NetWorker and NetWorker Management Console Use NetWorker resources and administrative interfaces Perform backups (client-initiated and server-initiated) Customize backups (groups, schedules, directives, clients) Configure and manage standalone devices (local and remote devices) Configure and manage autochangers (dedicated and shared) Manage NetWorker databases (media database and client file indexes) Manage NetWorker media (pools, label templates) Perform cloning and staging of save sets Administer the NetWorker server (user groups, notifications, parallelism) Administer the NetWorker Management Console and generate reports Recover client data (browsable, directed, and save set recoveries) Recover a NetWorker server (bootstrap recovery)
