Computers, Having office at hereinafter referred to as LESSOR which expression shall unless repugnant to the context include, the said LESSOR, , successors, executors, administrators, legal representative nominee(s) and assigns of the one part. AND S.Justin Jeya Prathap, Residing at Plot No-5053, TNHB, Ayyappakkam, Ambattur, Chennai-600077. WHEREAS THE LESSOR is the absolute owner and possessor of the Aadhaar Hardware (items attached in Annexure I). WHEREAS Vijay computers has approached to the Mr.Justin and requested to grant this lease and LESSOR has agreed to let out the said Hardware to Comnet Media Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the said Hardware Please refer separate agreement between Comnet Media Ltd and Vijay computers..

Mr.Justin has taken complete ownership in getting rental payment on time and ensure there is no damage at any of the kits while returning back to Vijay computers. He has also agreed that these kits will be utilized in field till March2013. Vijay computers has agreed to pay Rs.10000/- as initial consultant charge to fulfill all points mentioned in the agreement. Consultant charge to the aforesaid hardware shall be paid by way of crossed Account- Payee cheque or DD.

Vijay computers has agreed to pay Rs.5000/- as monthly consultant charge with effect from once the payment is received from Comnet Media Ltd .

Consultant charge to the aforesaid hardware shall be paid by way of crossed Account- Payee cheque or DD.
