    I can not create the new GL due to the Group GL is active how to surpress the same in to fiels status varient? I have searched in account group field status varient but itz not there. I could not find it.

    i can not create the new GL due to the Group GL is active how to surpress the same in to fiels status varient .... i have searched in account group field status varient but itz not there... i could not find it.... -------------------------------------

    when u crerate new GL account you can not supress account group because the account should be belongs to one of the group. the account group related to by a chart of accounts segment not in company code segment. Comments You have activated consolidation module for your company code, you first need to deactivate it for this. Go to the Chart of Account definition ( OB13), and from your operational Chart of Account definition, in the conolidation tab remove, the Group Chart of Account that you have enetered. Group Account number is not controlled by FSV.
