All revisions to Maintenance data / technical literature ( including SB AD SIL etc) and revisions to internal documents like the MOE, departmental manuals are not being disseminated under the cover of transmittal sheet MGAT/QA/001 to all users. MOE 2.8.2 OBSERVATIONS 1. Manpower presently available is not sufficient for the work load to file , copy , issue and index the equipment manuals , user manual, etc. received by tech pubs. 2. Aircraft Maintenance Declaration file to have an contents page for easy reference.
