Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Virgin Islands Department of Health must develop an Alzheimers Disease Plan for the Government of the Virgin Islands. The plan must be submitted to the Governor f the Virgin Islands and the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on or before December 31, 2012. BILL SUMMARY The bill mandates that the Virgin Islands Department of Health develop an Alzheimers Disease Plan for the Government of the Virgin Islands.
