Re: Reference Leffer for Mr. Josh Leblanc

It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Josh Leblanc, a highly
competent and responsible individualwho is completing his internship at Cochrane High
School. I have had the privilege of working with Josh as his Vice-Principal. During this
time he has demonstrated and maintained a high level of mutual respect for both the
teachers and the students at our school.

It was evident that Josh began his internship with a great deal of initiative and continued
to demonstrate consistent and professional growth throughout the semester. He plans
carefully and adapts his program through various assessment and evaluation techniques
to address diverse needs of his students. He establishes clear and consistent
classroom routines and uses a variety of teaching methods to motivate students. Josh
also communicates well with students and parents in our community and has high
expectations of himself and of the students he teaches.

Apart from Josh's obvious dedication to the cunicular presentation in class, he has also
demonstrated a keen interest in extra-cunicular activities. Josh quickly volunteered to
coach the hockey team, assist with boys'and girls' volleyball, help with our school
fashion show, and act as a staff supervisor. Josh has many areas of expertise and is
willing to share them in order to benefit the school and the community.

Josh also established a solid relationship with his colleagues. He readily joined school
and staff related activities throughout his internship and contributed to our staff with his
friendly personality, sense of humour, and modest demeanour. lwould welcome the
opportunity to work with Josh again.

Because of Josh's commitment and dedication to the teaching profession, I would highly
recommend him for a teaching position at the high school level. He would complement
any program that he chooses to be involved in.
