F.Q: How can we become more sustainable? Activity: Following Cause and Effect split into same groups and discuss what we can do to reduce or eliminate effects. Using orienteering maps walk around the school following directions, list aspects where the school has/can implement reduction ideas, mark the location. Create a flow chart of these ideas (simplest change to biggest change) present to the class.

F.Q: Where do we start? Activity: Using flow charts created listing potential changes discuss how, if and when we could implement the changes. Discuss what support we need to make these changes. Discuss Resource Smart and 5 Star Schools. In groups research and summarise the key elements of each of the modules using the Step by Step Chart. Using charts create 5 commands in relation to the steps to be used in Captain Sustainability Game (modified version of Ship Captain). F.Q: What do we know so far? Activity: Review commands and play Captain Sustainability to consolidate knowledge of sustainability. Discuss whats been learnt so far consolidating knowledge and discussions of lessons. Discuss Core module and excursion to Epping Views Primary School. Students brainstorm in groups: What are the things that we are interested in finding out? What questions can we ask?
