Associated Student Government University of Arkansas ASG Senate Resolution No. 26 Author: Senator Michael Powers Sponsor: Senator Michael Powers A Resolution to Increase the GACL PrintSmart Quota for Graduate Students Whereas, IT Services implemented a new PrintSmart quota system in June, 2012 for General Access Computing Labs; and Both undergraduate and graduate students, including teaching assistants, have the value of $35 to be used in General Access Computing Labs for the academic semester; and Professors require graduate students to bring assigned articles and readings to class; and Teaching assistants use the quota for class documents and syllabus requirements; and Such a quota is quickly used by graduate students; then The ASG Senate recommends that a graduate student fee, to be determined at a later date, be implemented to significantly increase the value of the graduate student printing quota in General Access Computing Labs.
