Step 1 Create a table of 10 Columns & 7 Rows, with a BOLD border Select Table>Insert>10 Columns>7 Rows>OK Format Table Select Table>Select>Table THEN Right click on table with mouse and select Borders and Shading and edit to resemble the following table.

Step 3 - Insert a new page to document >Insert>Break>Page Break On this new page, using the Drawing Toolbar [below] select line, then draw two lines parallel and vertical. Next draw several horizontal lines which link the two vertical lines. Once you have drawn your ladder, you need to GROUP all of the lines to create a single object. For this we use which changes the mouse curser and allows us to select a range of objects. Once selected, Right click with mouse and select Grouping>Group

Once you have grouped all the parts of your ladder, you can contort the object in many different ways i.e.

Then Copy and Paste different combinations of your ladder onto your board.

Step 4 Create Snakes for your board game! Using the Curve tool from your Drawing Toolbar Draw with you mouse a snake

NOTE: Your can copy and paste as many times as you like variations of your original snake!
