HOW TO STOP

CRIMES

If you want to reduce crimes in the Nation then you have to solve the basic problems in implementation of law. There is no deficiency in Law, but the problem is in the implementation of Law. 1. President should not change the decision of Supreme Court. (I have seen a news on ABP NEWS that the than President SMT PRATIBHA PATIL condoned the death penalty of 5 rapist. If it is correct than how shameful it was. It also shows that there is provision of death penalty for the brutal rapist. ). After so many years of fight when a sufferer got the justice and that justice was changed due to some political reason. 2. Number of courts should be increased up to the level so that every case may be herd in day to day basis and punishment may be given within a week or more early. 3. Police should only be used to stop the crimes, investigate the crimes and submit the case in the Court where as it is engaged in the traffic control, security of politicians and so many similar works. So that Police may, investigate the case within 24 hours and the culprits may be punished with in a week, and plan to stop the crimes. 4. Police use to avoid to register the crimes so there should be wave-site and the e-mail address of every police station/ and S.S.P so that the sufferer may send the complaint and information of criminals to the police and copy to S.S.P. so that he may see the action on the complaint. 5. As the livelihood of Advocates is dependent on criminals so they have to save the criminals by any means or to linger on the case so that aim of justice may be destroyed, otherwise they will not survive. So Government should appoint Advocates on salary basis to help both parties to get justice. The Advocates whose livelihood is dependent on criminals should not be allowed in the court. When the criminals will get early punishment they will not dare to do the crimes.
