ORDER SETTING HEARING Before the court is a psychological evaluation report from Randall Rattan, Ph.D, Licensed Psychologist, for the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Worth, Texas, dated December 12, 2012, advising the court that the clinical staff at the medical center is of the opinion that Defendant Barrett Lancaster Brown is mentally competent to stand trial. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4241(e) and 4247(d), the court will hold a hearing on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. to determine the competency of Defendant Brown. The court directs the United States Marshal to bring Defendant, now in custody at the Mansfield Law Enforcement Center, Mansfield, Texas, before this court to be available for the hearing. It is so ordered this 14th day of January, 2013.
