n MODEL 1 PRIVATE DEVELOPER ON PRIVATE LAND n PRIVATE DEVELOPER TO CONSTRUCT G+3 EWS/LIG FLATS ON 25-40% PART OF LAND OWNED BY HIM n FLATS TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE GOVT ON PREDETRMINED PRICE RS 750.00/SQ FT n BUILT UP AREA EWS = 350 SQ FT. LIG = 550 SQ FT. n DEVELOPER TO GET ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES n ADDITIONAL F.A.R. TWO TIMES OF PERMISSIBLE ON WHOLE PLOT AREA n F.A.R.
