Publicada modificacin del Decreto que crea el Fondo Nacional Antidrogas

En la Gaceta Oficial N 40.098 de fecha 25 de enero de 2013, fue publicado el Decreto N 9.359, por medio del cual se modifica el Decreto N 6.778 de fecha 26 de junio de 2009, mediante el cual se crea el Fondo Nacional Antidrogas. El mencionado Decreto fue modificado a los fines de adecuar y alinear su estructura organizativa y funcionamiento, as como actualizar y adecuar sus atribuciones como servicio recaudador y fiscalizador del aporte y la contribucin especial establecidos en la Ley Orgnica de Drogas. El Decreto entr en vigencia a partir de su publicacin en la Gaceta Oficial de la Repblica Bolivariana de Venezuela

Publication of Amendment to the Decree for Creation of the National Antidrug Office
Decree No.9,359 was published in Official Gazette No.40,098 of January 25, 2013. Such Decree modifies Decree No.6,778 of June 26, 2009, which provides for the creation of the National Antidrug Office. Such Decree was modified for the purposes of adapting and aligning its organizational structure and operation, as well as updating and adequating its powers as agency in charge of inspecting and collecting the tax and special contributions set out in the Master Law on Drugs. This Decree became effective from its publication in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
