En la Gaceta Oficial N 40.104 de fecha 04 de febrero de 2013, fue publicada la Resolucin emanada del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Alimentacin, mediante la cual se prorroga por cuarenta y cinco (45) das hbiles el plazo establecido en el Pargrafo nico del artculo 16 de la Resolucin conjunta de fecha 25 de julio de 2012, que instrumenta el Sistema Integral de Control de Medicamentos (SICM) y que establece los lineamientos que rigen la emisin de la Gua nica de Movilizacin, Seguimiento y Control de Medicamentos, destinados tanto a la comercializacin como a la distribucin en el territorio nacional. En este sentido, las autoridades militares debern abstenerse de exigir la Gua nica de Movilizacin, Seguimiento y Control de Medicamentos destinados tanto a la comercializacin como a la distribucin, en el territorio nacional durante el plazo de cuarenta y cinco (45) das hbiles, adicionales a los cuarenta y cinco (45) das hbiles previstos en la anterior prrroga, publicada en Gaceta Oficial N 40.060, de fecha 28 de noviembre de 2012.. La presente Resolucin entr en vigencia en fecha 05 de febrero de 2013. Resolution issued by the Ministry of Popular Power for Food was published in Official Gazette N 40.104 of February 04, 2013. This Resolution extends for forty five (45) business days the term established in the Sole Paragraph of Article 16 of Joint Resolution of July 25, 2012, which provides for the Implementation of the Integral System for Drugs Control (SICM) and defines the guidelines and criteria that rule the Single Waybill for Drugs Mobilization, Monitoring and Control for both marketing and distribution purposes within the local territory. In this regard, the Military Forces shall abstain from requesting the Single Waybill for Drugs Mobilization, Monitoring and Control for both marketing and distribution purposes within the local territory over a term of forty five (45) business days, in addition to the forty five (45) business days provided in the previous extension, published in the Official Gazette N 40.060, dated November 28, 2012. This Resolution became effective as of February 5, 2013.
