AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS WE, AMPARO ARMA, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at Poblacion 1, Pambujan, Northern Samar; and WENIFREDA TENEDERO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at Poblacion 1, Pambujan, Northern Samar, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: 1. That we personally know the late spouse EMILIANO O. LOYOGOY and ADELAIDA BANTILO, being our neighbors in Brgy. Ynaguinayan, Pambujan, northern Samar; 2. That we both know that said spouses had given birth to a famale child SONIA B. LOYOGOY on February 3, 1950, in Brgy. Ynaguinayan, Pambujan, Northern samar; 3. That we know the facts that Sonia B. Loyogoy was baptized on June 12, 1952 in Brgy. Ynaguinayan, Pambujan, Northern Samar, officiated by Fr. Bernardino Bacsal; 4. That the said baptism was sponsored by Alipio Egan, Sr. and Rosario Sagonoy; 5. That we are executing the foregoing instrument to support the request of Sonia B. Loyogoy to register her baptism; 6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal interests and purpose it may deem serve; 7. Further Affiants sayeth naught.
