_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _~_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ and seconded by _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the following Order was adopted:

WHEREAS, the Dallis County Commissioners Court approved the te-constitution of the IT Executive Governance Committee in February, 2011; and WHEREAS, the IT Executive Govemance Committee provides County-wide direction for the provision of information technology services; and WHEREAS, the IT Executive Governance Committee does not have any budgetary impact on the County; and WHEREAS, Court Order 2013 0071, established various changes to thc IT Executive
Governance Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Comnuttee would like to rescind Commi.ssioners Court Ordet 2013 0071, approved on January 15, 2013; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Mike Canttell will step down from the IT Executive Governance
COlnnUttee and utilize his extensive IT experience to assist the County with various

TechShare projects at Conference of Urban Counties (CUC) involving Dallas County; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Dr. Theresa M. Da!ue~ by this court order, is appointed to the IT
Executive Governance Committee as Chairperson and will preside over all tueetings;

and WHEREAS, the County's Budget Officer, Ryan Btown, will become a voting member of the IT
Executive Governance COlnmittee.
