Task/ Question: For each organization/company, choose one emergency case and plan for Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Make sure the ERP is easy to reach and understand in chaos situation. Identify all the persons in charge such as First Aider, Fire Officer, and Maintenance Supervisor etc. distribute to all and make sure all understands the contents and is practical to follow. Presentation and Style of the Report: The report should be presented in A4 size and white colour.
