ABSENT EXCUSE LETTER

May this letter reach you in good health and high Islamic esteemed.

Referring to the above matter, I, Aishah binti Abd Rahim, with metric number 0910738 from
LE 4000 English for Academic Writing subject, section 12 was unable to attend the previous
class on Tuesday, 10th July 2012.

2. The reason that I cannot attend the class is because I had a study visit to a company in order
to assist the data collection for AQS 1301 Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Project 1 (Kulliyyah
of Architecture and Environmental Design required subject). The data collection is required
for academic purpose for this subject.

3. Therefore, I would like to seek for apology for not attending the class. Hereby, I am
enclosing a copy of the data collection letter and list of students involved in the study visit.
