From the survey that we have done. We can conclude that the students in PKK often use the cyber line zone. The students use the cyber line zone 1-3 times a week to surf facebook and searching for information. In the effort to improve the cyber line zone services, more facilities need to be install.

We recommend that the cyber line zone should install more computer units and provide the user with printing service. This will ensure the better quality of service provided in the library.
