Safety Information
Following All Safety Precautions
Before any operation, read the instructions and precautions in this document carefully to minimize the possibility of accidents. The Danger, Caution, and Note items in the documents do not cover all the safety precautions that must be followed. They only provide the generic safety precautions for operations. When operating Huawei products and equipment, you must comply with safety precautions and special safety instructions related to corresponding equipment provided by Huawei. The safety precautions in the document are related only to Huawei products. Huawei is not liable for any consequence that results from the violation of universal regulations for safety operations and safety codes on design, production, and equipment use.

DANGER WARNING CAUTION TIP NOTE
Indicates a hazard with a high level of risk, which if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. Indicates a hazard with a medium or low level of risk, which if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury. Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which if not avoided, could result in equipment damage, data loss, performance degradation, or unexpected results. Indicates a tip that may help you solve a problem or save time. Provides additional information to emphasize or supplement important points of the main text.
Safety of Personnel
The high voltage power supply provides power for running the system. Direct contact with the high voltage power supply or contact through damp objects may result in fatal danger. Non-standard and improper high voltage operations may result in fire and electric shock. In a thunderstorm, do not perform operations on high voltage and AC power supply facilities or on a steel tower and mast. Ground the device before powering on the device. Otherwise, the personnel and device are in danger. Power off the device before performing operations on the power supply equipment. High power radio-frequency signals are harmful to human body. Before installing or maintaining an antenna on a steel tower or mast with a large number of transmitter antennas, the operator should coordinate with all parties to ensure that the transmitter antennas are shut down. When handling optical fibers, do not stand close to, or look into the optical fiber outlet with unaided eyes. Protect yourself when drilling holes. Flying dust may hurt your eyes or you may inhale the dust. Power off the batteries before connecting the cables to the batteries. Otherwise, casualties may occur. When working at a height, be cautious about falling objects.
Device Safety
Check the electrical connection of the device before operation and ensure that the device is reliably grounded. The static electricity generated by the human body may damage the electrostatic sensitive components on the circuit board, such as the large-scale integrated circuit (LIC). Wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves when performing the operation. When working on batteries, take measures to prevent short circuits in the batteries and electrolyte spill/loss. The electrolyte may erode metal and boards, or even cause rust of the equipment or short circuits in the boards. When the cabinet is unpacked, it must be powered on in seven days. The maximum duration of the power-off state of the cabinet is 48 hours during maintenance.

General principles for routing the cables 1 Different types of cables must be separately routed and cannot be bound in the same bundle. Cables in each bundle or any two bundles cannot be entangled. The cables must be bundled tightly and neatly. The jackets of the cables are not damaged. Labels or nameplates must be attached to the cables after they are installed. The cables of different types must be routed in parallel or separated by special objects. The bending radius of the cable is not less than five times of the diameter of the cable. If the length of the power cable is insufficient, replace the cable rather than adding connectors or soldering joints to lengthen the cable.

The cable module for the IBBS200D, IBBS200T, or APM30H is the same as that for the TMC11H. When two IBBS200Ds or two IBBS200Ts are installed in stack mode, the installation of the cable module in the upper cabinet is not required.
Lead the cable through the cable hole with an aperture matching the cross-sectional area of the cable in order that the sealing is effective.
1. Close the cable holes on both sides and at the rear of the base.

Before installing the batteries, set the battery MCB labeled BAT to OFF to disconnect the equipment from the battery. During the installation of the batteries, use insulated tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers, and do not reversely connect the positive and negative poles. Otherwise, the batteries may burn, and the operations may cause human injuries.

Assembling the Power Series 120 Connector
1. Material: power series 120 connector, contact terminal, heat-shrinkable tube, and cable. 2. Procedure for adding the contact terminal
Strip a part of the jacket off the cable so that the conductor with a length of L1 is exposed. Lead the cable through the heatshrinkable tube, and then place the contact terminal on the exposed conductor.
L1=23~25 mm
L2 L1
Conductor
When stripping the jacket off the cable, do not damage the metal conductor of the cable.
Contact terminal
Use the crimping tool to press the end of the contact terminal on the conductor.
The contact terminal should contact the end of the jacket of the cable. When placing the contact terminal on the conductor closely to the end of the jacket, ensure that the L2 part of the conductor which sticks out of the contact terminal should not exceed 2 mm.

Assembling the Easy Power Receptacle (Pressfit Type) Connector
1. Material: Easy Power Receptacle (Pressfit Type) Connector, contact terminal, heat-shrinkable tube, and cable 2. Procedure for adding the contact terminal
Strip the jacket off the cable according to the scale on the equipment. Use a screwdriver to push the sliding block until the in-position mark is completely exposed.

Insert the conductors into the holes. That is, insert the red cable connected to the positive pole into hole 1 and blue cable connected to the negative pole into hole 2.
Hole for the conductor Sliding block
The conductor should be in the center of the holes. The conductor should be perpendicular to the holes. The depth of the conductor into the hole should be not less than 11 mm.
Push back the sliding blocks until they are in position. Then, check whether the conductors are secure by gently pulling the cables.
If the conductor slides outward or the wire of the conductor is exposed outside the hole for the conductor, remove the conductor, cut the split wires, and then strip the jacket and install the conductor again.

Cleaning
Clean cotton cloth can be used to rub the stain or dust on the surface of the area to be polished or repaired.
Paint repair
Brushing paint of corresponding color should be applied according to the original coating. Prior to the repair, the paint should be shaken well. After that, use the small brush inside the bottle to absorb paint and evenly spread on the damaged area till the scratch/damage is covered. Note that the paint coating applied should be as thin as possible. Paint coating should not reveal any drops. The surface should be kept smooth.
Drying
The surface of the repair paint should be placed in indoor temperature for 30 minutes. After that, subsequent operations can proceed.
Quality
The color of the surface of the repair area should be consistent with that of the surrounding area, without obvious edges and bulge. Scratches and damages should be covered properly. There should not be dropped paint.
