March 2nd 2013 I am writing to explain a problem I have had with your telephone ordering service.

I recently ordered a fridge color gray a fridge with two doors and water dispenser, but your company sent a different color. I placed the order on January 29th and I received the package from your company once week ago. I opened it immediately. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color; it was white. It was a good color, but I had had another one like it. I phoned your telephone service to explain the problem, but they say it was the correct color and it was not possible they made a mistake. Then they suggested I wrote you. I have ordered another products From you in the past and I received an excellent service. I am sure this misunderstanding can be easily solved. Please, could you send me the correct fridge? I will be happy to return the fridge as soon as you refund the postage costs. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely Ismael Carranza
