Correlate Search stands as the most impressive recruitment firm for financial services across Asia, according to Asiamoneys latest Headhunters Poll. The company retains its position as the best headhunting firm in Asia ex-Japan for the second year running, and additionally has been voted the top recruitment business in Japan, according to client responses. Lionrock International and Executive Access, which were also highly ranked in last years best contingent headhunting firms category, are voted Asia ex-Japans second and third best headhunting firms, respectively. Due to popular demand we merged the retained and contingent categories into a single ranking in this years poll. This years poll results are based upon 764 valid questionnaires from senior executives within Asia -Pacifics financial services industry, all of who were responsible for hiring decisions and directly interacted with headhunters. In the individual category Russell Kopp of Correlate Search is voted the best headhunting executive for Asia ex-Japan. Alice Liu of Lionrock International follows in second place and Wellesley Partners Christian Brun is third for the second year running. Lius impressive performance extends to Japan, where she tops the individual executive ranking. Correlate Searchs Kopp and Daswani are respectively voted the countrys second- and third-best executives. For the second year the survey also included a peer poll, in which headhunting firms voted for each other. Global Sage takes the honours in this unique poll, improving from third last year. Heidrick & Struggles slips from first in 2012 to secon d this year, and Wellesley Partners takes third.
