DAN SEVERSON ENDORSES HASEK IN BID FOR MNCRs CHAIR
Former Minnesota legislator, Secretary of State and U.S. Senate candidate, endorses Hasek in bid for Minnesota College Republicans Chair St. Paul, MN, March 7th, 2013: Dan Severson has endorsed Andrew Hasek in his bid for Chairman of the Minnesota College Republicans. He publicly expressed his support for Haseks bid at todays St. Thomas College Republicans meeting. I believe Andrews ideas to build College Republicans are very noble. He seeks to reach out to minority groups on college campuses and work with student governments; both of these are important in making inroads to the youth and our partys future Severson said. I throw my support behind Andrew Hasek because I think he came can make these things happen. Severson served four terms in the Minnesota House of Representatives. He ran for Secretary of State in 2010 and ran for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2012. He currently heads the Minority Liberty Alliance which works on reaching out to minority groups while advocating conservative principles.
