Burma is a small country between India and China which has started a recent democracy.

Burma have been in charge of army generals for five decades. Nowadays, they are living a new democracy which has his first assault. People werent cleared to protest publicly. Now, they want the whole world to see they can do it. However, thinks arent easy as its supposed. Eventually, Its not only democracys arrival but also Capitalisms arrival. Burma have been the poorest nation in the region. Nevertheless, with democracy and Capitalism arrival, they have the biggest opportunity to became a golden bridge between China and India. So they need cash to implement economic reforms. In other words, a copper mine is about to became in that golden brige which can give them enough cash. In the north-west Sagaing region, we find a vast open mine. Its one of the worlds top 10 copper deposits, and its expected to generate tons of billions of dollars over the next 30 years. China company is co-owner of that cooper mine. Theyre probably whom really are in charge of it, so theyre very interested in it mainly considering wich the purest quality and much sought-after globally. Main problem will probably be copper mine overwhelming expansion which will threat 8.000 acres of farmland and 26 village near the town Monywa. This scheme has cause a stir against the copper mine. Farmers daughters (whom includes villagers, monks, environmental campaigners and other more) are in protest against the unlawful seizure of their land. This guys dont want to move from their houses into a brand new village of identical houses. It goes further than they want the mine close down immediately. One of the most important issues is that sulphuric acid used to leach cooper from ore has contaminated drinking water. Obviously, company denies. And thats why environmental campaigners joined the villagers protest. At least, Im going to speak about monks. A sacred pagoda is going to be relocated outside the hill in which it is currently builded. The mere fact that coppers mine owner will think about it, has mobilized hundreds more of his fellows monks. Maybe, the main problem is China and their recently support to Burma military regime. The old regime received legitimacy, weapons and political support. Now, its time to pay them back. To summarize, its time for politicians struggled for democracy
