We have great pleasure to introduce the security and facility services of our

confidentiality of the business security of an organization of repute needs no

We are group of trained and experienced security staff, Ex-Servicemen, Guard,

Armed Guard, Security Officer, trained Housekeeping boys and supervisors at our

– Selection of Manpower, Training and Supervision.

SELECTION OF MANPOWER - Correct of selection of personnel is the

foundation of efficient operational performance. Education, Age, Physical
Fitness and Background is strictly followed by us while selecting staff.

TRAINING - The need and importance of training need no elaborations.

All employees have to undergo training to learn necessary skills to perform the
duties effectively. The training includes elements of security, Security of Cash
and Property, Investigations procedure, Uses of Electronics devices, Security
cover to Group, VIP, VVIP and Celebrity, first-aid, fire fighting, self defence,
importance of hygiene and sanitations, maintenance and cleaning of various
types of premises, using of cleaning materials

SUPERVISION - Supervision is equally importance in order to provide quality

service. In this regard we have a Control Room and strong operation team of
supervisors and inspectors who are constantly checking our assignment and
checking of our service staff.

CLIENT SERVICE - To provide better and efficient service as per our motto
“Satatam Karyam Karma Samachar”, We are obtaining Customer Satisfaction Report
(CSR), wherein free and frank opinion of our clients can be obtained to
improve our service, by taking remedial measures on above said reports.

QUOTATION FOR SECURITY AND FACILITY SERVICES

8 Hrs Duty 12 Hrs Duty

Security Guards (Civilian) Rs. - 4500/- PM 5500/- PM

Gun Man - 9000/-PM 12000/- PM

House Keeping Boys - 4100/- Pm

( Cleaning Material charges would be extra)

1. 12.36% Service Tax will be charged extra on total gross bill.

2. PF Code: GJ/AHD/54076 dt. 29 Feb 2008.
3. ESIC Code : 37-26515-101-AHD
4. PAN No : AABF 07619 Q
5. The above rates are revised immediately as and when Govt. revises the minimum wages.
6. The above rates are valid for annual contract only, for additional services will charge
separate rates.
7. Time required – Mutually decided on receipt of letter of Intent.
8. The services commence after receiving LOI/Form V & Agreement Only.
9. Bill will be submitted at the end of the month and the payment may please be made to us
on or before 5th of the succeeding month without fail, since our personnel are to be paid by
7th of every month.
