Outline 1. Alex meets Tobias at the mall. a. He tells her that he needs to show her something.

She says no and he tells her its the FBI. She agrees reluctantly. Trackers follow. b. Cue paper scene w/ hallway, etc. (minus fire) Tobias is running away from the Trackers 2. Enter the Whatchamacallit Institute. (Hello, John.) a. Tobias demands help from John and meanwhile Alex is just feeling sick to her stomach from transport. b. John says he cannot help Tobias b/c he is worsening the situation by repeating what the Trackers are arresting him for (trespassing on Whatchamacallit property). c. Trackers barge in (cue arrow scene, paper, smoke, boom?) 3. Tobias and Alex are in the courtroom (cue that scene) a. Whatshisface says stuff. Alissah comes in and demands to know where Macelyn is. Macelyn poofs in with his little cloud thing and apologizes. b. Alissah yells at Whatshisface and tells Macelyn to pardon Tobias. (Macelyn does what hes told) c. Alissah puts her hands on Alexs wrists and it burns the mark of the Immortal Fates into her skin, turning her hair silver and eyes red 4. Alissah kicks out Whatshisface for the council meeting. a. Alissah snaps fingers and everyone appears. Theyre quite disgruntled cause they were in the middle of important things. b. She tells them that theres a new Fallen Angel (Alex) and that Tobias is sealed to her, and that someone needs to make sure Tobias is being a good example for Alex. c. A man named Cortis Redwater volunteers and Alissah allows everyone to leave. They do the little poof thing and leave, except for Cortis, whos supposed to keep Tobias in line and give Alex an Ancient Souls social education. d. Macelyn and Alissah leave (the normal way, with their feet moving them around on the floor) and Macelyn suggests that Cortis show Alex a bit of everything.
