The Local Coordinating Councils (LCCs) of Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin, Ohio, Rip ley and Switzerland counties in partnership

with One Community One Family System of Care has created a region-wide collaborative in order to implement effective and efficient region-wide strategies and provide technical assistance in implem enting strategies of this proposed collaborative. We are in the process of colle cting perceptions related to underage drinking and drug use from community partn ers, schools, and parents in order to identify and target the expressed needs an d concerns of our collective communities. You are invited to participate in this survey because you have been identified as a community stakeholder engaged with youth and families.
