Background of the Study
Chelly’s Pharmacy was established
on March 15, 2003 in
Pinagkurusan, Alitagtag by Aileen
Garcia.
She was has two employees:
Dharwin Servancia and Abigail
Hernandez.
She serves as the manager and
also the owner.
There are more than 1736 items in
Chelly’s Pharmacy.
They don’t have a stockroom.
There are plenty of suppliers some
of them are NeoCare, Unilever,
Unilab, PharmaHealth, Mercury
Drugstore, Zuellig, and many
others.
The inventory system cannot
control the operation as the cause
of out-of-stock, overstock and
expiration products.

and improve the current

The study aims to develop a

computerized sales and inventory
control system that will improved
the procedure of Chelly’s
Pharmacy in controlling and
monitoring their stocks and day-
to-day transactions.
