Profile
A disciplined and motivated individual capable of effectively managing a classroom. A compassionate professional able to easily adapt to change and holds respect for coworkers and all authority. Organized and honest, possessing enthusiasm to positively impact the lives of young people.

Philosophy of Education
The classroom will be viewed as a fun and safe learning environment for students. I will cultivate a level of respect for students with the expectation of returned respect for self, peers, and those in authority. Clear procedures for daily tasks will be known and practiced among students. Lessons will be planned with the students learning needs in mind, preparing for an effective time of learning. Classroom instruction will be saturated with meaningful experiences, coupled with the connection to students prior knowledge. I will assess the students learning through appropriate assessment and continual reflection. One specific goal in the course of the students education is to enhance their intellectual and social development, while providing a variety of educational opportunities.
