Old Business a. None New Business a. Treasurer Runoff Election i. Will Strickland withdrew from the Treasurer runoff election. Title V, Section G, subsection a-d of the ASG Code is the only place where runoff elections are addressed in the constitution and code. The section outlines the implementation of a runoff election if no one candidate receives a majority of the votes. No candidate in the general election received a majority. ii. In order to set precedent and allow the remaining candidate to accumulate a majority vote, justices voted to allow Matt Chaffin to run unopposed in the runoff election. A Prefer not to respond option would be available on the ballot as well. Motion was passed 4 to 1.

b. Late elections complaints

i. Two complaints were filed at 4:30pm on Friday after the deadline. The complainants sent an email to Terrance shortly before 4pm to indicate that they were filing a complaint. ii.
