11. CONCLUSION
We would like to conclude that we have successfully achieved all our given objectives. We got a good experience by working in the NGO. We were able to apply our managerial skills which we learnt in institute as theoretically. We also learnt how to tackle with subordinates, how to work in group, etc... . This all learning will be helpful in our future life while working in organisation.
