Operations
Shahi Exports manufactures and exports readymade garments under the knits, woven and home furnishing products segment. The companys product range comprises of T-shirts, casual wear tops & bottoms, jumpers, dungarees, vests, skirts, fleece jackets and tracksuits for men and women. It also manufactures bed & table linen, sheet sets, deck pillows, bags and fashion accessories under the home furnishing products segment. The company operates with 21 manufacturing facilities spread Delhi, Karnataka and TN. The facilities are equipped with machineries to handle embroidery, washing, garment dyeing, fabric processing, knitting and printing activities. The company has an installed capacity of manufacturing around 1 mn pieces of knits and 2 mn pieces of woven products per month. The company earns its entire revenue from export of knitting, woven and home furnishing products to its clients in the US and Europe. In FY07, the revenue from exports of readymade garments grew by close to 7.2%. Shahi Exports is accredited with SA-8000 quality certification.
