Annotated Bibliography Reflection Throughout my search to find conversations that deal with cultural policy I realized that culture

is directly related to a countries national identity. Most countries are founded and structured around an identity or a common ground. The problem with researching cultural policy is the language barrier. Most countries are proud of their language and therefore write in their own language. It was difficult to find articles that were either translated or written in English. Despite the language barrier there was a good amount of articles that accurately represent the goal of using cultural policy. It became evident that European nations use this form of policy to enhance or promote their political believes. Most of theories presented by the authors dealt with the outcome of the usage of cultural policy or the prospect of using it.
