Şartlar
Bu kampanya Istanbul International Balloon Festival Tarafından düzenlenmektedir ve Milli Piyango Đdaresi’nce belirlenen çekiliş ve ikramiyeler kapsamı dışındadır. Bu
çekilişe Istanbul International Balloon Festival çalışanları ve 18 yaşından küçükler katılamaz, katılmış olsalar dahi kazanmaları halinde ikramiyeleri verilmez. Çekiliş
23.04.2009 tarihinde başlayacak ve Istanbul International Balloon Festival `in uygun göreceği ve/veya belirleyeceği tarihe kadar periyodik olarak devam edecektir.
Çekiliş Đstanbul Noterleri huzurunda gerçekleştirilecektir. Bu çekiliş “yalnızca” Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Grubu üyelerine özel olarak
düzenlenmektedir ve Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Grubuna üye olan herkes bu çekilişe otomatik olarak katılmaya hak kazanacaktır. Çekiliş
yalnızca Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Grubu üyeleri arasından yapılacaktır. Kazanan talihlilerin isimleri ilk öncelikle www.IIBFESTIVAL.Org ve
http://istanbulballoonfestival.blogspot.com/ web-sitelerindeki “Subscribe to Newsletter” bağlantısından Istanbul International Balloon Festival haber bültenine üye
olan herkese e-posta yoluyla ve/veya Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Grubu ana sayfasındaki News-Yenilikler bölümünde duyurulacaktır. Tüm
kazanan talihlilerin biletleri Istanbul International Balloon Festival `in uygun gördüğü tarihlerde ve Istanbul International Balloon Festival tarafından uygun görülen
posta yöntemi ile Festival başlangıç tarihinden en geç 2 hafta öncesi toplu olarak gönderilecek ve akabinde e-posta ve/veya sms ile talihlilere biletlerinin
gönderildiğine dair bilgi verilecektir. Postada meydana gelen gecikmelerden Istanbul International Balloon Festival sorumlu tutulamaz. Đlgili posta servisi tarafından
adreste bulunmama, yanlış adres vb. gibi veya herhangi bir sebepten dolayı teslim edilemeyip iade edilen gönderiler tekrar gönderilmez ve ilgili biletler yanmış sayılır.
Kazanan Talihliler kimlik fotokopilerini, telefon iletişim bilgilerini (ev/iş, gsm) ve biletlerinin teslim edilmesini istedikleri adres bilgilerini doğru ve eksiksiz olarak
e-posta adresine ileterek ikramiyelerini teslim almaya hak kazanacaklardır. Festivalin başlangıç tarihinden 1 ay öncesine kadar yukarıdaki
e-posta adresine istenen bilgileri iletmeyen talihliler uyarı yapılmaksızın ikramiye haklarından vazgeçmiş sayılacaklardır. Istanbul International Balloon Festival gerekli
gördüğü durumlarda yine yukarıda belirtilen e-posta adresine bilgilerin eksiksiz iletilmesi koşuluyla kazanan talihlilere biletlerini e-posta yoluyla özel e-bilet olarak
iletme hakkına sahiptir.

Çekilişe kişi yerine bir başka Facebook Grubu veya sayfasının katılması ve kazanması durumunda o Grubun kurucusu kazanmış sayılacaktır. Đkramiye kazanan
talihlilerin isimleri, resimleri ve görüntüleri Istanbul International Balloon Festival ve/veya Istanbul International Balloon Festival `in uygun gördüğü göreceği
firma(lar) tarafından tanıtım ve reklâm amacı ile basın ve yayın araçlarında yayınlanabilecektir. Talihliler kampanyaya katılmakla ve/veya ikramiyeyi kabul etmekle bu
izni vermiş sayılır. Her dönemde bir kişiye birden fazla ikramiye verilmeyecektir. Kazanılan ödüller başkasına devredilemez ve ödülün nakit veya mal karşılığı talep
edilemez. KDV ve ÖTV hariç olmak üzere ikramiye ile ilgili diğer tüm vergi, harç, yasal yükümlülük ve harcamalar talihlilere aittir. Vize işlemleri, ücretleri, vergiler,
şahsi harcamalar, Đstanbul dışından kazanan talihlilerin Đstanbul’a geliş gidiş ve yerel masrafları talihliye aittir. Đlgili konsolosluğun talihliye vize vermemesi
durumunda Istanbul International Balloon Festival sorumlu tutulamaz. Herhangi bir sebepten dolayı Festivalin geçekleştirilememesi, iptal olması veya ertelenmesi
durumunda talihliler maddi nakdi bir talepte bulunamaz. Festivalin ileri bir tarihe ertelenmesi durumunda yapılmış çekilişler o tarih için geçerlilik kazanmış olacak,
devredecektir. Istanbul International Balloon Festival yukarıda bahsedilen çekilişe dair kurallar & yönetmelikler ile ilgili düzeltme değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
Bu çekilişe katılan herkes, yukarıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.

Terms
This campaign is organized by Istanbul International Balloon Festival and is exclusive of any sweepstakes, drawings and prizes established by the local Turkish
National Lottery Administration. Istanbul International Balloon Festival employees and minors under the age of 18 may not participate in this drawing; even if they do
participate and win, they may not be entitled to receive their prices. The drawing will start on April 23, 2009 and will continue periodically until a date Istanbul
International Balloon Festival will see suitable and/or specify. The drawing will be hold in the presence of Istanbul Notaries. This Drawing is organized “only” specific
to Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Group members and everyone who is a member of Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Group is
entitled to automatically enter into this drawing. The Drawing is hold only among Istanbul International Balloon Festival Facebook Group members. The Names of
winners will be announced primarily by e-mail to all who subscribe to Istanbul International Balloon Festival Newsletter from the “Subscribe to Newsletter” link
located at www.IIBFESTIVAL.Org and http://istanbulballoonfestival.blogspot.com/ web site addresses and/or on the main page of Istanbul International Balloon
Festival Facebook Group under News section. Tickets of all Winners will be sent collectively at dates Istanbul International Balloon Festival determines appropriate
and by a postal method Istanbul International Balloon Festival determines suitable no later than 2weeks prior to Festival start date and thereafter will inform Winners
by e-mail or sms that their Tickets have been sent. Istanbul International Balloon Festival cannot be hold liable for delays originating from the post. Postal shipments
that are non-deliverable and returned by related postal service due to not being present at the delivery address, wrong address or for any other reason will not be
sent again and Tickets counted as cancelled. Winners are entitled to receive their prices by sending their identification photocopies, phone contact numbers
(home/work, mobile) and their correct and complete address where they like their Tickets delivered to by e-mail to the e-mail address .
Winners who do not send the requested information to the above e-mail address no later than 1 month before the start date of the Festival will be accounted as
having waived their rights to any prices without any further notice/warning given. Istanbul International Balloon Festival in circumstances where it finds necessary
and again under the condition that information submitted to e-mail address as mentioned above in complete, has the right to issue and send Winners their Tickets by
e-mail in the form of a special E-Ticket.

In the condition when instead of a person another Facebook Group or page enters this drawing and wins prices the creator of that group will be counted as having
won. Names, pictures and visualizations of price Winners may be published in press and any publication medium for the purpose of publicity and advertising by
Istanbul International Balloon Festival and/or by companies Istanbul International Balloon Festival determines appropriate. Winners are regarded as having given this
consent by participating and/or by accepting any prices in this campaign. In each term/drawing, no more than one Price will be given to any one person. Any Prices
won are not transferable to others and any cash or commodity equivalence of Prices cannot be claimed. Except for local Tax (KDV) and Special Consumption Tax
(OTV) all other Taxes, fees, lawful obligations and expenses relating to the Prices are Winners responsibility. Visa processes/procedures, fees, taxes, personal
expenditures, travel expenses to and from Istanbul and all local expenses in Istanbul of Winners from outside of Istanbul are Winners responsibility. Istanbul
International Balloon Festival cannot be hold liable in case related Consulate does not issue a Visa to the Winner. If for any reason the Festival cannot be actualized,
cancelled or delayed Winners cannot demand any material or intangible claims. In the case when the Festival is postponed to a later date all established Drawings will
transfer over and gain validity for that date. Istanbul International Balloon Festival deserves the right to make any amendments to these rules & regulations as they
pertain to drawing mentioned above. All who participate in this Drawing accept above conditions.
