Target Monitoring Process


Updating of Targets in the Units:
Sales targets and First Citizen targets are sent to Unit Head by Services Office on a half year basis (H1 & H2) which is passed on to the unit coordinator. Target is then broken down into period/week/day basis. Sales Target should be updated in Infozone 7 days before the beginning of the new Period. First Citizen target should be updated in Infozone 7 days before the beginning of the new Period. Unit Coordinator daily updates the sales target in Target & Achievement file (in excel format) as per category handled by the DMs/ROM and uploads it in the Infozone to track sales target. First Citizen desk daily updates FC targets in CCA enrollment file (in excel format) and uploads it in the Infozone to track FC enrollment.

DMs to monitor, circulate and update their teams with the following

Sales target and achievement sheet to CCAs on a daily basis

Weekly Reviews
To be conducted by the immediate supervisor (i.e. DM with his CCAs, ROM with DMs and Unit Head with ROMs ) on targets and achievements and also for :-

Achievement vs Target Review of sales and stock situation Areas of concern Customer feedback Competition feedback CSI & Mystery Shoppers Scores
