About Me I am a Printed T extiles and Surface Pattern graduate designer, specialising in design for fashion. My target audience are both males and females wanting an eye-catching print. I hand draw all of my work and then digitally manipulate the images to create my unique, busy and fearless designs. I want to bring innovative designs to the industry, with my abstract and expressive style, using my knowledge of colour to bring the drawings to life. I use multi-media in a lot of my work to create exciting tactile outcomes that are interesting both to look at and to feel. My skills include embroidery, machine stitch and dif ferent print processes. I apply my designs to dif ferent fabrics which I use to create a range of deliverables to show how my prints would work in context.

Rooting for Growth Dried out flowers and plants are the focus of this project, as I explored dif ferent ways of drawing them whilst incorporating a use of rustic and rural colours. I used collage, stitch and printing techniques, before digitally manipulating the image. In May 2012 this design won the Beta Fashion competition, and was sold as a scarf in T opshop.
