This document calculates water runoff from different areas before and after development. It first calculates pre-development runoff of 2.25 cubic feet per second from 2.39 acres. It then calculates post-development runoff of 5.368 cubic feet per second, broken down into 4.85 cubic feet per second from a 1.7 acre parking lot, 0.5 cubic feet per second from a 0.67 acre roof, and 0.018 cubic feet per second from the remaining 0.02 acres of land to be landscaped.
