Paros Semolina Cake

Syrup: 5 glasses water and 2.5 glasses honey Ingredients halva: I glass olive oil 500 grams of (large-grained) semolina 100 grams sultanas and almonds or walnuts I teaspoon Cinnamon Put the oil and semolina into a large saucepan and heat over moderate flame. When the semolina has lightened, add the sultanas and cinnamon, as well as all of the syrup (gently but all in one go). Lower the heat and stir continually until the mixture has thickened. Put the mixture into a plate and when it is cold, decorate with almonds or walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
