5. The Order of the Honble Supreme Court dt. 28.01.2011. We hope you have received our earlier letter dated

25.07.2012, regarding the above subject, a copy of which is enclosed for ready reference. We are deeply concerned about this scandal involving Rs.1.95 lakh Crores (estimate on the lower side) where powerful and criminal persons have grabbed public lands and we have been anxiously waiting for your reply about the urgent measures that we requested you in the said letter (Ref1) and the implementation of the order dated 28.01.2011 of the Honble Supreme Court. If we do not receive a satisfactory response from you within a week, we will be constrained to approach the Honble Supreme Court in this regard.
