Formulation instructions
1. Add Jaypol TTA to water while mixing and neutralize with sodium hydroxide solution (50%). 2. Add Synperonic 91/8, Easy-Wet 20 and dye solution (1%). 3. Premix Polysorbate 80 and Fragrance then add into formulation. 4. Add Nuosept 44/Integra 44 and ISP MicroBeads 20279 with slow, gentle mixing.

1. Add Cellosize HEC QP 30000H into water and mix very well until it dissolves. 2. Add Soda ash and Sodium tripolyphosphate. 3. Add Synperonic 91/8, Texapon N70, Dehydol LT 7, Purton CFD, Surfadone LP-100 and dye solution (1%). 4. Add the Fragrance in the Polysorbate 80 and add to the mixture. 5. Formulation instructions
1. Prepare 2% gel by adding Stabileze QM to water and heating to 80C until it dissolves and forms gel. 2. Add 18g from gel Stabileze QM and neutralize with NaOH 50%. 3. Add Texapon N70, Surfadone LP-100, Ceraphyl 60 and dye solution (0.5%) in this order. 4. Dissolve the Fragrance in the Polysorbate 80 and add to the mixture. 5. Add Nuosept 44/Integra 44. 6. Add the ISP MicroCapsules 4371 and mix sensitively.

Formulation instructions
1. Charge water into the vessel. 4. Add Surfadone LP-300, stir until all dissolved. 2. Add caustic soda, followed by LABSA, stir until all neutralized. 3. Add tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, Eltesol SX Pellets and stir until dissolved. 5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until homogeneous.

1. Prepare base powder with ingredients listed above in stage A. 2. Mix base powder and Disintex 200 disintegrating agent in a V-mixer for 30 minutes. 3. Press mixed powder at 11 tons pressure using dry compression to make 20g tablets. (lab tabs were pressed using a Carver Automated Press at 387 psi and 1 sec. dwell time) 4. Individual tabs were tested by submerging in 3 liters of DI water agitated at 700 rpm until complete dissolution enabled tab granules to pass through a metal gauze cage.
