Come and see our promenade performances of Aston Telling Tales at Aston Hall. Hear the stories of working people in Aston past and present. The dairymaid and the farmer from the 1600s, the shopowner and the factory workers in modern day Aston. Written from interviews with working people in Aston in the last 50 years, and from research into servant life at the hall in the 1600s, Women and Theatre bring you 8 short stories that will open a door on a world we rarely hear about.!
