Composio de Ingls Na minha opinio para os dias de hoje ter uma boa imagem fundamental: para arranjar bom

m emprego, para conhcer outras pessoas mas principalmente para nos sentirmos bem connosco mesmos, no preciso sermos nenhuns Brad Pitts nem nenhumas Kates Middleton para termos uma boa imagem. At podemos ser a pessoa mais feia do mundo mas se nos acharmos bonitos , quem achar ? Mas depois h alguns fatores que estragam este conceito de imagem como as tattoos e os piercings. Muitas pessoas fazem uma tatuagem a pensar que estas so fixes, mas mais tarde vo se arrepender e desejar que no a tivessem feito. As tatuagens so muito dificeis de remover e podem deixar marcas permanentes no corpo tal como os piercing. Eu acho que melhor no fazermos nada ao nosso corpo que nos possamos vir a arrepender. H uma simples regra para nos sentirmos bem : Se eu no gosto de mim, quem gostar ?

In my opinion now a days to have a good image is fundamental: to get a good job, to meet someone new but mostly to feel good about ourselves; We dont need to be no Brad Pitt Or Kate Middleton to have a good image. We can even be the ugliest person in the world but if we dont find ourselves pretty, who will? But then there are some factors that ruin this image concept like tattoos or piercings. Many people get a tattoo thinking thats cool but later in life they will probably regret it and wish they hadnt done it. Tattoos are really hard to remove and can live permanent marks in the body so as piercings. I think its better for us to dont do anything on our body that we might regret. Theres one simple rule to feeling good: If I dont like myself, who will?
