consciously. This Handbook will empower you to live more consciously through facing

How this Handbook can help you master the challenges of life
The Whole Person Handbook is designed to help you see clearly those aspects of your
life in which you are strong and competent and those aspects that most need your
attention. The Handbook then displays, in an easily understood form, your strengths and
weaknesses, and then supports you in turning your weaknesses into strengths, so that
you become a master in the art of living.
What are the benefits to me of undertaking this personal development training?
Through devoting some time and effort to developing yourself where you most need it,
you begin to grow into a whole person – a person who is strong, confident, peaceful,
loving and courageous, a person who has mastered the challenge of life.
How Does The Whole Person Handbook Empower Me To Do This?
The Handbook begins by inviting you to answer 51 simple questions - rating each
question from 1- 10. Each question asks you about a particular life challenge and is
categorized in 1 of 5 different life challenge categories, each category representing an
important aspect of your life. The 5 categories of life challenges are as follows:

D. The Big Questions
E. Special Solutions
From your list of answered questions you then select a life challenge that has a question
with a low rating (1 or 2) and click on the link from that question. This link then
connects you to personal empowerment training for that particular life challenge – the
one where you most need support. The training programs work by linking this
Handbook to exactly the right resources for you at the Trans4mind.com website.
When you have completed the training for the first life challenge, you can go to the
other life challenges where your score was low, click on the links and by taking one life
challenge at a time, receive training in all the areas of your life where you most need
assistance.
By using the Handbook as your personal tool of empowerment for all the areas of your
life where you are most challenged, you will journey from where you are now into the
amazing person you know already resides in your heart.

level followed by supervised practice is therefore required.

Becoming a Healer
Although the word "healing" can be used in very broad ways, it most often refers to
healing of the physical body, as in the healing of a disease of injury. It is also frequently
used to indicate healing of mental, psychological, and emotional conditions. For those
who are spiritually inclined, "to make sound or whole" would have to include the
