Course Description: Introduction Psychology is a three-unit subject that tackles the historical background of Psychology as scientific field, human growth and development, and different facets of human behavior, such as sensation and perception, emotions, and learning and memory. Course Objectives: By the end of the course, the student is expected to: 1. 2. 3. 4. Be equipped with knowledge and understanding of how and why humans behave the way we do. Be able to improve the quality of their interactions with others. Provide insights about their own behaviors, so that they may appreciate their being and existence. Be more self-aware and to grow personally.
